• Discovery Meeting: We start with a 45-minute session to explore your vision for the Fundraising Impact Film. Together, we’ll identify the key stories and impact points to highlight—whether it’s your mission, success stories, or the cause’s urgency—ensuring we capture everything that resonates with potential donors.

• Filming Day: We’ll film powerful footage that showcases your organization’s work, interviews, and promotional moments. You can also provide up to 15 existing photos and 5 video clips to include in the final edit.

• You’ll receive a professionally edited, high-quality fundraising film with licensed music and custom visual elements, delivered within 28 business days, ready to raise awareness and encourage donations across all platforms.

• Video Revisions (one round of changes after receiving the final edit; includes adjustments to footage, text, or music):

  • Up to 5 changes: $300

  • Up to 10 changes: $500

  • Up to 20 changes: $800

  • Note: Changes to the structure or content of the video, such as reworking the narrative or reshooting scenes, will incur additional charges based on the required filming and editing hours. However, we will always communicate these changes with you in advance to ensure transparency and avoid any surprises regarding costs.

  • Important Note: Each round of revisions (included or purchased) will expire if not submitted within 30 business days of delivery. To help us create your perfect final product, please share your feedback by this timeframe.

• Logo Design: $450 for a professional logo design or update.

• Logo Animation: $350 for custom logo animation.

• Additional Filming:

  • Hourly Rate: $600 per hour

  • Half-Day (up to 4 hours): $900

  • Full-Day (up to 8 hours): $1,400
